I needed an unscheduled repair. I was able to bring my car in, get an estimate and leave it for repair. Nate called to give me an estimate of $362.00. I agreed to the price and said go ahead. A couple of hours later Nate called and told me the car was ready. And the repair was only $205.00. So , professionalism, punctuality, competency and honesty, make a very powerful combination.
