Poor management, AWAYS out of iteams, how does any noodles and company location run out of noodles? And what is the point of having fountain drinks if there is nothing in it? For the price of the food you think at the least they could clean some tables at some point! I have been here many times and am yet to have one visit without issues!
We have eaten at many Noodles across the country. This is by far the worst. Cashier that greeted us was very pleasant and polite, she gets a 5. After that...It was 145 Thursday afternoon, 6 tables were occupied, rest were not wiped off.. We waited 10 minutes for our food. When it arrived the meals were served in "to go" plastic bowls with the explanation "We are our of bowls". How the H can you be "out of bowls". How about running the dishwasher? My macaroni and cheese was cool enough the shredded cheese didn't melt. The macaroni bordered on crunchy. My daughters buttered noodles was also lukewarm warm. Husband's alfredo was at least warm with the chicken almost hot. The crew was standing around chatting between customer gaps of 5-15 minutes...plenty of time to wash bowls, tables or clean the bathroom. The last time we stopped and it was less then stellar we thought it was an off day...nope. We won't be back.I will also be contacting management and corporate headquarters.
Quick service for catering and fresh made. Getting the catering over the phone was a disaster with their headquarters. I recommend only calling the local store to get good service.
Pad Thai was good. Best restaurant I've ate at so far in this strip mall. One weird thing: waitress on autopilot immediately got my silverware despite the fact I was in the process of getting up to get it myself. I have no problems getting things on my own, but this was just kinda weird. Nice, but weird.
Terrible! Bad service, dirty restaurant, broken equipment. This place is worth passing up. I’ll never eat here again. A full staff that cannot bus tables or keep drink counter running and stocked. But rest assured that all of these employees have their cellphones in hand. Time to make some serious adjustments in both management and crew. This place is a disaster. I’ve never eaten at a noodles and company with so much disappointment.
