-They are out of a major ingredient. (Chicken and fajita veggies are commonly out, and “won’t be ready for a while” or I’ve even heard “won’t be available today.”)
When all the food is available, and it’s not a ridiculous wait, it’s classic delicious Chipotle. However I feel that over 50% of the time, you encounter one of the following situations, and at various times of the day:
Every time I order online I still have to wait for them to make my food (the entire order). I was to pick up my order at 5:45pm then the online web changed it to 6pm (which is fine) and it wasn't ready until 6:28pm. Then the lady told me that my order never printed but she found it and she will start making it. This is the third time this had happened.
-Online ordering is disabled. (This happened again today, which finally caused me to write a review.)
Used to go here a lot, but no more. Was there recently, and the staff was terrible. Particularly the manager. I ordered and paid for chips, and they didn't place them on the tray. I nicely asked the manager for my chips, and she grabbed a bag and threw them at me. Keep in mind, I had been nothing but pleasant and kind during the entire (very short) conversation. Her attitude and behavior was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. And, on top of that, the restaurant was filthy. All of the tables were dirty, trash bins were full and the restaurant was generally grimy. Won't be going to Chipotle anymore...
Been going to this location for 5+ years. I continue to go for the food, which is why I give it 2 stars instead of one. But I’ve had more negative than positive experiences.
This location has THE BEST chips I’ve ever had at any Chipotle location! They were warm and fresh and amazing! The manager on duty, Paige, was so friendly! I live in Hastings and I will be making the trip to Hudson from now on to get my chips and guac. What a wonderful experience! Thank you guys for being so awesome! Keep up the good work!!
My experience in this Chipotle was not that great. The store closes at 10 pm and we were there at 9 pm. The servers were busy cleaning up than serving us. They were wearing food gloves and sweeping... made us wait at the register to pay as they clean. When some of their friends some guys guys came in with hand microphone and shouted the server paused while serving and kept staring at the guys. We were already tired and was there to get quick bite for our road trip. The girl at the register encouraged us to have it to go than sit down and eat. Not happy with this store. But we love chipotle!
I know people that order online to this location and they never have this problem... Why does this only happen when I order? I keep trying because people say that it is amazing. I have yet to see it.
-They are understaffed, causing 20+ minute waits. (I expect a wait, but 20-30 mins or more??)
Bottom line, if it’s convenient for you to go to the Woodbury location instead of Hudson, do it! Going to this location, or planning to order a meal online from them is always a risk.
