My son has special needs and is very capable of going down the water slide. However, because he could not float for 5 seconds with his face under water he could not go. They would not allow me to go down with him or wait at the bottom of the slide. It broke his heart and I will never ever go back and will tell everyone of our experience. Shame on this place for not having a protocol for children / adults with special needs.

Great staff, super clean, awesome classes & very nice workout equipment. The pool is great for all types of fitness levels & ages. Also everyone is knowledgeable & willing to help.
Lots of weight lifting equipment and child care which helps us find the time to work out.
Someone told me a couple weeks ago that they traveled hours that day just to get to a cycling/spin class here in Hudson
The staff know me after a while now and I feel like part of the family, Seeing people within our community on a regularly basis is so cool and there are always good classes.
I love to play ball there
