Amazing atmosphere, knowledgeable coaches, and great progress made here! This is my third crossfit gym (due to various moves) and 6th I've worked out at (others being in Germany, Spain, and across MN/WI). I can say I am very proud to call this my home box.

Awesome workout. The bear crawls with bear noises were fun! Met and made friends with Beth and Lisa and we all encouraged one another. The trainer was fun and had good training ideas. The workout was super cool. But more involved and motivating than else where that I've been in other states
