The YMCA gets 5 stars for the classes they offer. I really enjoy the Body Pump class. In Particular when Jamie is the instructor he has simply made working out fun again!
The Y is absolutely wonderful! I can't think of a complaint! Clean facilities, very friendly staff, friendly members, great equipment and love the child care that's available while you work Out! I love that the daycare staff know us by name when we walk in. I have been taking my son to them since he was 6 weeks old and they have always been so amazing with him! You can tell they genuinely care, even if it's just for a short time while mom works out!
