Used to go too Supercuts but when they tell me that they won't allow me in because they want to close at 5 yet on the door it says 7, I have been doing business with them since they have opened and they tell me to come tomorrow at a later time is pathetic.
My 9 year olds hair was a dry nasty mess. We literally tried EVERYTHING short of shaving her head. We went in for a trim and I mentioned how frustrated we both are with her hair. The stylist was so helpful. She washed her hair for FREE with a shampoo she recommended. Her hair felt amazing right after. The stylist could tell how exhausted we were with trying to figure her hair out and I appreciated that she really wanted to help. We bought the shampoo and conditoner and we've been very pleased with it. We will be back! Thanks!!!
Unfortunately poor communication skills from staff resulted in a bad haircut experience. No automatic replays for buzz cuts when a scissor cut was in the notes. If only she had read the notes and verified with the client or the paying adult before the quicky clipper cut. Such a shame, another local business that has lost my family as customers.
I will defiantly not be doing buisness with them again.
There is a certain level of lowered standards you have to expect when going to a cheap salon, but my experience last night was unfriendly, unprofessional and rushed. The whole time I was there I felt as though my business was a nuisance. When I told the woman cutting my hair that I wanted it short on the sides and blended into the top, she cut the sides short and then said "well I can't blend it anymore, so what do you want me to do now?" I'm leaving two stars because the haircut I did receive wasn't that bad for a $15 haircut, but it was not what I asked for and the general experience was very dissapointing.
Ann is the worst stylest I ever had the owner would not refund money only gave coupon for next cut I won't use it unless I can use it at his liquor store
