It’s very obvious once they have your money they no longer care about anything.
Very responsive to Facebook messages when inquiring about a possible purchase but completely ignore a complaint inquiry - tactless and tasteless.
This is not the way to keep customers. There are plenty of boutiques to shop at. We will not be back and will spread the word far and wide as to the type and quality (or lack) of business this truly is.
Very disappointed with the customer service. Mislead my wife as to the sale price of a purse and then wouldn’t honor the price quoted.
