I didn't have time to make an appointment, so they told me just bring my car in for a oil change & tire rotation. I was having lunch anyhow with friends in Hudson. It worked out fabulous! While l was at lunch, my car got taken care of! Thanks so much to the Quick Lane Service! I really appreciated it. The staff is always so friendly & nice.
I live in downtown Saint Paul and I have been taking 3 cars (1 Ford car, 1 Ford truck, and 1 Lincoln crossover) there for service for several years. Even though they are not the closest, they have consistently been friendly and their customer loyalty points, and free oil change on every 6th change is nice (especially with 3 cars). one time they noted something to watch over time as it was starting to show wear. I asked if they could just fix it, and they said not to waste the money until it was worn more. They are undergoing a major remodel right now, and I only expect it to get better. My only concern is the Quick Lane isn't quick at all. I got there right away at opening and it took over an hour for an oil change with no advanced appointment. Despite that, I keep coming back, because their service and honest people keep me coming back.
Awesome dealership, awesome service! Their ads on radio say they work with any credit, I thought yeah right. I thought let me test them.....to my surprise, they REALLY do! If they can get me a great deal, they can do it for you too. You wont be dissapointed!
