I had you look at a 2003 Envoy because the seat was stuck all the way back. I have electronic seats. The rest of the motions worked, it was just the forward and back that didn't. The guy told me that there was nothing to do but get a new motor for the seat, and quoted me $1200.00 to fix it. I couldn't justify that because the car was a 2003. I the car home, and decided call juck yards to see if they had a working seat. I also went out and started to take the seat out of the car. Well, I took off the control panel ( 4 screws) then I took off the guard rail ( 4 screws) and this exposed the tracks that the seat rode on. There was a piece of rubber stuck on the left track that didn't look like it belonged there. I took it out and tried the seat, AND it Worked. Would you believe that? All the guy had to do was take out the 8 screws and he would have found the piece of rubber. I thought that checking it out meant taking it apart, not just jiggling the switch and saying that it didn't work. But you chose to quote my $1200.00 instead. And you charged me $100.00 to tell me that it doesn't work. This is really poor work practices on your part. I will not bring my cars to you any longer, I have 4 of them.

They are up front with pricing time needed they offer shuttle service to work and home they are willing to use oem, after market and customer supplied parts if they are correct specifications
