My son and i thought we would go to Pizza Hut because last time we were there it was really good. Well this time it was awful. We had the pasta parmesan alfredo with chicken and it was thick like a like a slab of cement it was awful. Both my son and I thought it was terrible they forgot to bring our appetizers. And he never checked on us ever our waiter never checked on us till it was time to pay. And at that time I told him I was not paying for my meal cuz I didn't even eat it he was nice he took it off right away. I love know that we did not get her appetizers. But I still have to pay for my son's meal and that was terrible. Don't know if I'll ever go back
If you want delivery , you have to spend over 10. There goes the 7.99 deal. Otherwise great pizza.
The service was good even though there were only two people working, a cook and a server. The server was very busy but never forgot his manners or to help all tables. The food was very good. The pizza. Hut in Hudson wi needs to have more people on. The server needs a raise if he needs to be there alone.
Usually a good place. Our server must have been overwhelmed. Waiting for everything! My wife got up and asked the front desk for a bit and check. Still had to wait for the server. If the drinks were refills we got ripped off. Never seen the server after the pizza was dropped off. Not a good idea to let high school kids run your business on a Friday night. I did not see one manager. Hope they weren't hiding in the back room. The food was great anyways.
What can I say the food never disappoints the manager Mindy is such a good worker it wasn't busy when we went in we ordered a large pie and well we were waiting on our food she was asking us questions and keeping the vibe nice and comfortable by far the best pizza hut I've been too.
