So far so good. Front desk staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was pretty good also.
This hotel honestly exceeded my expectations! The customer service from start to finish was incredible, far surpassing what I have received at many 4 and 5 star hotels. The rooms were in great condition, the lobby was clean, the amenities were exactly as described. I had 7 rooms there and management left a personalized note in each individual room welcoming us to Wisconsin. It was truly a pleasure to stay there and I will absolutely return when I am in the area again.

Very pleasant & helpful staff...property is well maintained inside & out...decent decor...secure business center..pool & spa area...workout room...nice breakfast room, standard HIE food offerings...very small meeting room...comfortable lobby sitting area with fireplace, TV, books to borrow...fenced courtyard with gazebo...ample parking, unless guests with trailers abuse it...nice variety of room types...I'll stay there again!
