i nails does NOT stand behind their product/service. I have had 3 great experiences with their gel manicures-- all 3 lasted 2 to 3 weeks, no chipping or peeling. On March 1, I had a gel manicure here, and it looked awesome. On day 8, it was lifting up near the base; by day 10, the tip area was lifting up on several nails. I had to peel it all off! I was out of town so couldn't return to i nails. I called to explain it to them and asked for a discount. I would have been happy with $10 off (I always pay $35 cash). Please beware of businesses who think so little of customer satisfaction and of the service they provide.
BEWARE!!! I normally go to Royal Nails in Hudson and my husband said to try someone new. After looking at reviews I thought I would try here. I made an appointment as I got there they sat me down and my water was BARELY warm. I sat there for 20 mins AFTER my appointment time without anyone checking. FINALLY my nail tech came over and brought me a price sheet. I selected my pedicure that i wanted. I proceeded to watch her clean up after the previous client. She put the supplies into an autoclave bag(the bag to sanitize them) she set them on the shelf and walked away. She sat down to start my pedicure and noticed she didn't have supplies. She then went to grab supplies and she grabbed THE EXACT PACKAGE she just used on the other girl WITHOUT sanitizing! I said excuse me you just used those on her without sanitizing. She said oh I'm sorry I will grab new ones. She started searching the salon and that is when I knew it was time to leave. I told her that this isn't ok. And she had NOTHING to say. She couldn't even deny the fact! So please please please beware of this place! You definitely don't want to get a nasty infection! I went to ROYAL NAILS and received an amazing pedi! I will be reporting this salon.
No complaints about the quality of service I received. The amount of wear and tear the interior has seenb is evidence of their popularity.
AMAZING! Can't think of one bad things to say. Even my 5 year old loved it! The staff is phenomenal!!!
Do not get your eyebrows done here!!! For one, they do it right in the middle of the salon, no private room or area, and for two, they messed my moms up so bad she is still trying to get them fixed... 9 months later!! And the only thing the lady says is oh i mess up, i take too much off, you fill them in.. no apology, didnt try to make it right and then after all that the lady trys selling her an upper lip wax!! And very very unsanitary!!! I do not recommend!!! go .2 miles down the road to tj nails they wont mess you up or make you feel self conscious!!!
