**update December 23** Saturday at 10:30 the place was clean and the food was good. Keep it up guys
Facility is nice and new. Fireplace is nice. Food is pretty gross IMO, especially for the price. Definitely on the high side for a sandwich shop. Oh, and what's with the checkout prompt to leave a tip? Really? I fill my own drinks, I pick up my own food from the counter, and I have to bus my own dishes. What on Earth do you think you need a tip for? How about you just pay your employees enough? Geesh.
**update Nov 12** Sunday afternoon seems to not be busy for dining in, but I had trouble finding a clean table! Napkins littered the floor and the glass on the fireplace looks dirty. Not good guys!
They were out of the bread I wanted. They were out of sausage. They had the heat off and it was very cold. I will not come back
just a poor, poor location. the last 6 drive through orders were incorrect - tuna instead of chicken sandwich, forgot sandwich entirely, put wrong ingredient in salad, long thin strip of plastic in salad (noticed when I was chewing on half of it), forgot to include cutlery, forgot to include dressing for salad. they don't check what they hand you, how hard is that to do? it's just upsetting to keep trying and keep being disappointed.
I thought the food and service were good today, and there place is clean... Granted it's new so time will tell with that. I like the self order kiosks. My only problem with this place is the bathroom lighting. There are only 2 small lights so the stalls are pretty dark. How does the person cleaning the bathroom know if the job is done??
Ordered 1 and 1/2 sandwiches. 2 cups of soup. Sandwich was burned black on 1 side, but placed good side up. Soups were ice cold. Only thing edible was 1/2 sandwich. Maybe eat in is better? Check before leaving drive thru. Hopefully they will improve.
